Any 2024 regular season (April – Sept) confirmed seasonal reservation, gets one month (Dec. 2023) off rent for 2023 Winter RV site + one month electricity fee waived. ($546 value).
Any current 2023 seasonal guest that would like to lease for Winter, gets December rent free. ($496 value)
